About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Frontend Developer to join our UXE Team, which owns the video content management system used by the 10+ million end users of Panopto.

As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building the new UI and updating legacy UI in React, using modern web development patterns. You will also design the frontend architecture that will support the user interfaces through their next stage of evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the new UI and update legacy UI in React, using modern web development patterns.
  • Design the frontend architecture that will support the user interfaces through their next stage of evolution.
  • Code and do technical designs in high-scale systems.
  • Work on a rapidly evolving system loaded with interesting challenges and complex problems.
Requirements
  • Advanced/fluent English skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Javascript and/or Typescript, React, and technical design skills in frontend client code.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with AWS.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Web Forms.
  • Experience with mobile development in React Native or native code.
