Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth through innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, mentoring and guiding junior product owners in Agile best practices, and facilitating effective stakeholder management.
  • Evaluate product performance, using insights to iterate and enhance offerings, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure products meet market demands and usability standards.
  • Drive product vision and direction, making critical decisions regarding features and priorities, and leveraging analytical skills for market analysis and user feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to mentor others in Agile principles.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, negotiating product features, and leading complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.
