Job DescriptionThe Brazil Consulting Practice within VCA provides expert consulting services and solutions to Visa's largest issuers, merchants, and acquirers in Brazil. We apply deep expertise in payments industry to deliver customized solutions that help customers drive growth and improve profitability.
The VCA team delivers a comprehensive range of consulting services to address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments, and risk management.
As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact strategic projects for Visa clients in Brazil. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of projects and solutions with Financial Institutions/Issuing Banks in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead consulting project execution from conception through completion, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive frameworks and strategies for assessing client's digital readiness, prioritizing digital transformation objectives, and designing actionable roadmaps.
- Streamline advisory execution through continuous process automation, improving efficiency, output quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with other functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation.
- Proactively identify and anticipate client needs by monitoring emerging digital industry trends and maintaining open communication channels.
- Collaborate with the broader fintech and digital ecosystem to incorporate external perspectives in developing client-centric solutions.
- Support clients in efficiently utilizing Visa's digital products and services, facilitating a seamless digital transition.
- Drive digital transformation and change, inspiring colleagues and clients to embrace innovative digital practices.
Basic Qualifications
\Configured Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance). Master's degree a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
\5+ years relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting, or similar.\Technologically driven mindset, digitally savvy, and up-to-date with latest market innovation trends.
This is a hybrid position with days in office confirmed by your hiring manager.
