This is a critical position within our product data centricity and digitalization journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality and actionable product data across our systems.

The role involves collaborating with regional data product owners to define and implement global data quality standards and processes. Additionally, you will partner with business teams to identify, investigate, and resolve product data quality issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities include working with IT to define requirements for a product Master Data Management (MDM) solution and automating manual data stewardship tasks. You will also support the development and deployment of automation pipelines to streamline data stewardship activities.

Maintaining robust governance practices to ensure master data integrity across all consuming systems is another key aspect of this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Requirements
  • Intermediate experience in a data stewardship, data science, or related data management role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions and enterprise data management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the agriculture industry or knowledge of agricultural products.
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks and data quality tools.
