- Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to design software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
- Configuration Support: Assist in the configuration and customization of software modules to align with business requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate software functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of software applications and features.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and user guides.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in software development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
