Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Content Strategist to lead messaging for our personal development products and business development programs.

This is a high-leverage role, not a support position. You will:

  • Develop and execute copy strategies across multiple channels.
  • Create and maintain brand voice guidelines that ensure consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
  • Use AI responsibly to scale content production without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
  • Partner closely with leadership and CRO to ensure messaging is a driver of revenue and brand authority.
Main Responsibilities

Drive Revenue-Generating Copy: Lead the development and execution of copy strategies across emails, landing/sales pages, ads (Meta, YouTube, Google), VSL/webinar scripts, SMS/push, and sales enablement for personal and business programs.

Architect Voice Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive brand voice guidelines to ensure consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints.

Scale with AI (Responsibly): Build AI-assisted workflows (prompt libraries, templates, QA standards) to deliver speed and efficiency without compromising accuracy or compliance.

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the CRO Funnel Specialist to prioritize hypotheses, launch copy tests, analyze results, and codify learnings into frameworks.

Influence Growth Strategy: Partner with senior marketing leaders to shape campaign approaches, growth experiments, and long-term messaging frameworks.

Elevate Standards: Actively participate in our candid, respectful feedback culture to continuously raise the bar.
