We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mathematics Education Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Innovamat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising schools in Brazil on the implementation and development of our educational proposal.
Key Responsibilities- Provide systematic support, training, and educational guidance to a diverse group of schools, serving as their point of contact within Innovamat.
- Build trusting relationships with users of our proposal, including teachers, coordinators, and management teams, to ensure they understand its value.
- Address daily concerns, help resolve doubts, and motivate users to use the product and have the best possible experience.
- Visit schools in person to carry out actions that ensure teachers are properly using the proposal and that the management team is aligned and understands the educational change we are promoting.
- Conduct virtual/in-person meetings to provide guidance, training, and follow-up for teaching teams.
- Monitor various KPIs to visualize the usability of our product.
- Meticulously and systematically record all interactions with schools in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Work with the management team to lead renewals and long-term projects, aiming to maximize resources and generate revenue.
- Collaborate with other Innovamat teams to achieve the best version of our product.
- A hunger to change education in Brazil.

- Knowledge of the educational sector in Brazil.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Quick learning and autonomy.
- Ability to connect with and manage a client portfolio.

- Ability to work independently, in an organized and self-directed manner.
- Intermediate English or Spanish.
- Willingness to travel.
- Previous experience as a teacher or coordinator.
- Experience supporting teaching teams.
- Master's degree or specialization in math education.
- Knowledge in mathematics education.
- Involved in social projects.
