Job Overview

The role involves supporting and overseeing designated responsibilities linked to the organization, strategizing, and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention operational frameworks for assigned studies.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to synchronize the delivery of tactics associated with the recruitment and retention strategy.

Engage with internal project teams to execute and assess the effectiveness of the recruitment and retention tactical plan while generating and presenting project reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Management in fulfilling the scope of work, objectives, quality of outputs, and other project-related activities as required
  • Aid in coordinating project tasks for team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Assist in monitoring resources to ensure sufficient coverage for project deliverables and timelines
  • Conduct follow-up communications regarding patient referrals, tracking logs, and the receipt of Recruitment and Retention materials
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience in an administrative setting. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
  • General understanding of the clinical trial landscape and drug development process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
