Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.

  • Collect and examine data from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to support informed decision-making processes.
Dashboard Development
  • Create visually appealing dashboards to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Deliver regular reports to stakeholders across functions, providing context and insights to inform business decisions.
Data Quality Assurance
  • Evaluate and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing quality control measures.
  • Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Present complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
  • Collaborate with team members to align data analytics efforts with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx, Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax).
