We're seeking a skilled senior copywriter to join our Caribbean creative team. This role involves crafting language that inspires, persuades, and builds love for our brand across the region.
You'll work collaboratively with strategists, designers, marketers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality content that is strategically sharp as it is emotionally powerful.
This position requires someone who has a passion for writing and enjoys seeing their words come alive across various channels – TV, radio, digital, social, OOH, retail, and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a creative/advertising agency or in-house brand team, with regional experience an advantage.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and versatility across mediums is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, customer-centric creative concepts and copy across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into engaging stories that connect with Caribbean audiences.
- Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, and marketers to build fully integrated campaign ideas.
- Lead concept development, writing, editing, and proofing from pitch stage through execution.
- Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration.
- Presentation ideas confidently to stakeholders, defending the thinking and craft behind the work.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
- Advanced degree or additional certifications (Creative Writing, Digital Marketing) a plus.
