- Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing is essential, along with advanced Klaviyo skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands.
- Build, manage, and evolve automated flows and segmentation using Klaviyo.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Write and/or review copy to ensure clarity, alignment, and performance.
- Own the campaign calendar and report on weekly KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions).
- Use customer data to identify new opportunities across the lifecycle journey.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing.
- Advanced Klaviyo skills required (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting).
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively in remote team settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Experience turning insights into action to improve performance and engagement.
- Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, paid media experience, or background in lifestyle or wellness brands.
