Quality Assurance Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team at Epic Games. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers to ensure the highest quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of testers to own the testing process, risk management, and quality evaluation of all products and functions across Epic.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with developers and production teams to ensure the best possible user experience for our community and customers.
- Supervise day-to-day tasking of up to 15 testers and set expectations for testers.
- Prioritize testing to meet development deadlines and communicate the status of testing to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of testing experience in fast-paced environments.
- 1+ year of professional leadership experience.
- 3+ months of professional management experience.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, including functional, qualitative, and performance testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to confidently collaborate with product owners and developers on technical topics and features.
