Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage odds and content for live matches in Sportsbook with precision and accuracy.
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify fraudulent bets based on profit/loss and patterns to maintain integrity.
  • Manage events with challenging positions and suspicious activity to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Develop and propose improvements to betting fixtures to enhance the overall experience.
  • Test front-end facing products and report issues to facilitate improvement.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in sports and betting is essential for success.
  • Relevant working experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Proven analytical, logical, and mathematical skills are required to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional numerical ability is a must-have for accurate calculations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly advanced MS Excel skills, is necessary for data analysis.
  • A team player mindset and can-do attitude are essential for collaboration and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work shift rotation is required due to the nature of the role.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency is necessary for effective communication.
