This pivotal position demands expertise in developing and executing robust sales strategies, aligning with global business objectives and local market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive tire sales strategy tailored to global goals and regional market insights.
  • Set and monitor country-wise and product-wise sales targets across all tire segments.
  • Drive premium, mid-range, and economy tire product line growth.
  • Implement sales initiatives to boost sell-in and sell-out volumes, reduce inventory aging, and enhance channel profitability.

Market Development Strategies:

  • Expand the dealer and distributor network strategically across key markets.
  • Penetrate high-growth segments like large fleets, mining operations, agriculture, government transportation tenders, and OEMs.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with national distributors, large dealers, and regional wholesalers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the tire industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
