About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals.

Job Description:

The primary focus of this position is to design and develop high-quality solutions for customers throughout their journey with our company. This involves working closely with customers on concepts, performing proof of concept, testing end-to-end scenarios, preparing persona-specific scenarios, recording demos, and analyzing data from customer engagements.

  • Create high-quality solutions for customers throughout the customer journey.
  • Help implement customers, drive adoption, and increase utilization.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from customer engagements.
  • Present insights and recommendations to product management.
  • Create customer- and partner-facing content that describes best practices, provides tips and tricks, and creates a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Solution Development: Work with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Solution Implementation: Help implement solutions for customers, ensuring they are properly configured and integrated.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from customer engagements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content to support customers and partners in getting the most out of our solutions.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • SAP certifications or equivalent experience in solutions such as SAP Concur Expense, SAP Concur Travel, ICS, S/4, Cloud Integrations.
  • Solid experience as a consultant, developer, or support engineer in areas mentioned above.
  • Advanced understanding of SAP Concur technical architectures, plus SAP ERP and other SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Strong technical background, including experience reviewing configuration, testing, issue replication, troubleshooting.
  • Experience in technical integration to/with SAP Concur.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Ability to leverage reporting data to identify customer trends and behavioral patterns.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations, and under tight deadlines.
