Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of processes and dissemination of a culture of quality within projects and proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote quality in projects and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, contractual, and corporate requirements.
- Interface with internal and external clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement performance indicators to measure quality and process improvements.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with active CREA certification.
- Extensive experience in the Quality area, preferably in the SUBSEA industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean methodology, as well as root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in office software and knowledge of Power BI and Intelex (desirable).
- Advanced English language skills.
