Lawyer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated legal professional to join our department for an 18-month fixed term. You will participate in our specialized learning program, aimed at developing the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful legal career.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting senior legal professionals in providing legal advice and counseling to management across a broad range of legal issues or within a specialist area, and managing dispute and litigation matters as directed.
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing accurate legal documents.
- Supporting contract review and negotiation, including frame agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
- Participating in the development and implementation of effective legal strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with local legal regulations and company policies.
- Monitoring ongoing integrity and executing due diligence.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local and group legal directives.
You will be part of our Legal Department reporting to the Regional Head, assisting in the implementation of regional strategy and ensuring full compliance with Group directives and local legal regulations.

Requirements- Graduate degree in law required.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language required.
