Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Banking Operations Engineer to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Operations Technology department, you will be responsible for designing and developing systems that support our global trading and post-trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop system architecture to support global trading and post-trading operations
  • Develop applications from backend to client interface
  • Create system artifacts, including entitlements, backup, and connectivity
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless communication with exchanges, clearings, and central banks
  • Work on global and local projects to support trading and post-trading departments

Requirements:

  • Strong object-oriented programming skills
  • Experience with Angular development
  • Knowledge of database relational and non-relational systems
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and SDLC concepts
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Brazilian and general market knowledge
  • Vendor knowledge, including Sinacor, SBS, Exchange, and JD
  • Experience with B3 system interactions
  • Knowledge of JAVA concepts and patterns
