Regulatory Reporting Specialist

As part of Luxoft’s cooperation with a US-based Investment Bank, we are building a team to deliver on regulatory requirements. This project will be developed from scratch by one agile team, utilizing technology already employed by the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering, system analysis, and functional specification development
  
• Collaboration with business teams to document requirements and workflows for new developments
  
• Assistance in writing JIRA stories for workstreams as needed
  
• Development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders in the business
  
• Exploration of complex system infrastructure
  
• Collaboration with development teams to ensure business needs are met
  

Mandatory Skills Description: 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, particularly in capital markets and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and translating user needs into functional specifications.

Data Exchange Methods:

Proficiency in REST, queues, and other integration mechanisms. Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, and ETL challenges. Knowledge of SQL.

Visualization Tools:

Familiarity with Visio, or similar software to create comprehensive diagrams and process flows. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Hands-on experience with Murex. Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced).
