Our ideal candidate will design and execute automated test strategies across all layers of the testing pyramid, validate AI model performance, and automate quality processes from data ingestion to extraction and classification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated test strategies for complex systems;
  • Validate AI model accuracy, confidence thresholds, and fallback behavior;
  • Automate quality processes to enhance speed, repeatability, and resilience;
  • Test and validate integration points between AI components and core business logic;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain test infrastructure and define quality gates, automated scripts, and synthetic data;
  • Define and track quality metrics that drive business outcomes;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest QA and AI practices to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in QA, Test Engineering, or related roles with a strong understanding of QA methodologies;
  • Proficiency in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, and Postman;
  • Ability to work effectively with REST APIs, data pipelines, and backend services;
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD tools;
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership;
  • Quick learner with a passion for staying current with industry trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing AI/ML systems in production environments;
  • Knowledge of GenAI model evaluation metrics;
  • Ability to set up monitoring/alerting for model drift, workflow failures, or performance issues.
