We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect with expertise in PostgreSQL to design and implement efficient database systems that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relational database management systems, SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable database systems using PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality database designs, including schema design and data modeling.
  • Tune database performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in database engineering with a focus on PostgreSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
  • Experience with schema design for scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Solid understanding of data integrity, backups, and replication strategies.
