Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sweden has a high demand for skilled engineers, particularly in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
To address this need, we are seeking an experienced headhunter who can build strong relationships with local engineering talent within IT, leveraging excellent communication skills and a passion for success to identify top candidates.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical expertise, a proven track record of establishing trust with candidates, and a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution. They will also possess upper intermediate English, knowledge of contemporary IT technologies, and the ability to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage engineers willing to relocate to Sweden
- Inform candidates about the benefits and logistics of living and working in Sweden
- Build trust with candidates and guide them through relocation processes with support from regional teams
- Coordinate visa, permits, housing, travel, and related logistics with global and local teams
- Collaborate with clients across various industries, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development
