Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves supporting legal operations, working closely with all levels of the team to implement standard operating procedures and assist with project management responsibilities on both internal and client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain project management tools
  • Act as the frontline intake position for client correspondence
  • Execute key processes across the organization and contribute to the improvement and standardization of those processes
  • Support firm management tasks
  • Define, implement, and refine effective contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
  • Review and evaluate AI and other contracting tools and technologies that increase efficiency in legal services and operations teams
  • Evaluate procedures and processes, develop improvement strategies, and draft policies to drive firm efficiency
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly client reports
  • Support legal operations tasks for clients, including conducting and responding to requests for proposals, confirming documents are in execution form, circulating electronic signature requests, and managing document storage
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of prior experience working in a non-attorney role at a law firm is preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate for the role
  • Ability to coordinate multiple matters simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience assisting with operations projects with demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
  • Comfortable working independently and raising concerns or issues with colleagues as needed
  • Quick learner, able to digest and disseminate large amounts of information
  • Familiarity with Teamwork software is preferred but not required
