Maximus is a mission-driven organization providing health and wellness services for men. We aim to deliver high-quality content, community support, and clinical resources that optimize their overall well-being.

Our team is working on an innovative telemedicine platform designed to help men improve their mental and physical health. As part of this effort, we are looking for a skilled engineer who can contribute significantly to our project's success.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced software developer who can write high-quality code, contribute to feature development, and ensure the reliability of our system through unit tests and automated integration tests.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing software quality issues, performance problems, and operational impediments within the engineering organization.
  • This role requires active contribution to product iteration and development to guarantee the delivery of a compelling experience to our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in software development, especially in public consumer web applications.
  • Familiarity with React/Redux/ImmutableJS for front-end development and Ruby-on-Rails/Ruby/GCP/AWS/Postgres for back-end development is highly desired.
  • Prior experience with unit testing, integration testing, and pair programming is necessary.
