About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position is part of the People Services team, which designs and operates the systems and infrastructure to deliver an outstanding employee experience. The Sr. People Generalist will be the main point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests through fulfillment and will partner with our global team(s) to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees by being the first point of contact with information related to benefits, onboarding, payroll, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes.
- Assist with programs that reach all employees, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing the best work.
- Continuously improve ourselves and the experience we create for our colleagues. You will have the opportunity to learn new tools and techniques that can then be applied to simplify, optimize and automate work across our People team.
- Create, author, and manage our HR knowledge base.
- Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-hire to off-boarding).
- Work with the operations leader to support, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as a user of HR tools (Workday, JIRA, Google Suite, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without getting flustered.
- Experience creating and developing processes and documentation (SOP).
- High sense of urgency and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with EMEA or LATAM statutory regulations and implementations.
- Proficient in multiple languages (both verbal and written).
