Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Set an example by demonstrating strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges.
Requirements:
  • Up to 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
Physical Demands:
  • Capable of performing various physical motions, including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
  • Able to work in different temperatures.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
