As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving success through excellence in logistics operations.

Our mission is to create a positive impact on people's lives by ensuring timely delivery of essential products and therapies. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring transportation fleet collection schedules are met in a timely manner
  • Monitoring orders in separate sections, verifying status, and tracking productivity to optimize results
  • Overseeing product retrabalos from the team to minimize delays
  • Developing performance indicators via Excel or Power BI to inform data-driven decisions
  • Centralizing data registration for all products to streamline processes
  • Handling discrepancies and occurrences in picking and shipping to ensure accuracy
  • Creating specifications for key products (inspection documents) to meet quality standards
  • Facilitating urgent item expediting to meet critical deadlines
  • Generating reports and presenting productivity metrics for the team to foster collaboration
  • Tracking transporter performance, implementing preventive and corrective actions to improve efficiency
  • Participating in regular meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team's goals
  • Staying up-to-date in your area of expertise and suggesting improvements to drive innovation
  • Complying with existing policies, including quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintaining equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility and workplace environment to ensure optimal functionality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields to provide a solid foundation for success
  • Prior experience in logistics operations and import processes to bring valuable expertise to the role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI to analyze and present complex data insights
