Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Corporate Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in international tax and transfer pricing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to interpret complex tax regulations and provide practical solutions to ensure seamless tax management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate tax, with a strong understanding of tax planning, audit, research and analysis, accounting and reporting, local tax coordination, and cross-border tax coordination.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the company's overall tax liability
  • Coordinating with external auditors during tax audits
  • Conducting tax research to stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Supporting regional tax and accounting teams in proper tax accounting and reporting under IFRS
  • Working closely with local tax advisors and the company's operations team to address any tax-related issues

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate tax
  • Strong background in international tax and transfer pricing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is required, German skills is an advantage
