Key Responsibilities

  • Clearing and updating balances with merchants and agents
  • Verifying balances with merchants and agents
  • Addressing other issues and concerns from various teams, merchants, and agents

Requirements

  • College graduates (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Background in finance-related roles (an advantage)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Punctual and willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule
  • Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized, versatile, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
