Our Team is Hiring a Corporate Finance ExpertWe are seeking an experienced professional to support our credit analysis function in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will involve analyzing financial documents and economic data to provide insights that inform our credit ratings and research.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preliminary credit analysis to support ratings, research, and presentations.
  • Assess financial documents, asset performance, and economic data.
  • Analyze legal documents and contracts to understand issuance terms.
  • Prepare financial spreadsheets and charts, and write analytical commentary.
  • Develop a solid understanding of our methodologies to apply to credit analysis.
  • Support credit monitoring and surveillance of issuers.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as advised by direct supervisor.
About the Role:

You will work with other professionals under the supervision of the direct manager, providing credit analysis of rating processes on a portfolio of issuers within our Corporate Finance Group. Cross-training in supporting varying asset classes, rating teams, and methodologies is part of career progression.

Candidates should have a minimum undergraduate degree in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, or actuarial science. 1-2 years of validated experience, including internship, is also required. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
