The Role- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries and resolving issues while managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with new and existing customers to create and maintain their own communities within the center.
- Take ownership of problems, finding innovative solutions and implementing effective processes.
- Arrive early to ensure seamless opening operations, checking that no details were missed by the team.
- Handle customer requests throughout the morning, such as Wi-Fi code changes, package tracking, and directions to meeting rooms.
- Provide technical assistance, setting up projectors and helping customers locate resources like coffee facilities.
- Tackle various tasks in the afternoon, including printing, invoicing, and addressing customer concerns.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm in fast-paced environments.
- Confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
- Fluency in English (B1 or higher level).
