Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Innovation Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function. Your primary responsibilities will include developing an innovation framework, participating in the implementation of continuous-improvement programs, and promoting a culture of innovation and improvement throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBA or Master's degree in International Management or Innovation/Business School with a strong focus on Process Improvement and Innovation;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering process improvement and innovation projects;
- Familiarity with Lean management principles.
