About the Role

You will be conducting manual review of ecommerce orders with the aim of blocking fraudulent orders, identifying fraud attacks and supporting fraud prevention efforts. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can conduct thorough reviews, make accurate decisions, and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review transactions and make timely decisions to detect fraud.
  • Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management.
  • Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms.
  • Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a fraud analyst in the ecommerce industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and providing insights.
  • Proven ability to quickly review transactions and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support research with actionable insights.
