Construction Operations Manager

The role of Project Site Administrator is to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. This individual will provide on-site field administration, support, supervision, inspection, and technical management for construction operations.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of construction site operations
- Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including site documentation and progress updates
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years construction site management experience
- Experience with public projects preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- CSL preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and documents
