About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for Indirects to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Fostering improvement of suppliers' performance on their perimeter
• Monitoring supplier performance, negotiating, and monitoring top worst suppliers' improvement plans
• Negotiating and finalizing sourcing agreements/supply contracts aligned with business and procurement strategy
• Challenging incumbent suppliers and ensuring competitive pricing using traditional and e-Sourcing tactics
• Ensuring respect of ethics and applicable laws with suppliers
• Maintaining strong relationships with Project Buyers to ensure their buy-in of the segment strategy

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Advanced English level
• Previous experience working in a purchasing department
• Bachelor's degree
• Availability to work 3 times/week at Itatiba Site

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around R$90,000 - R$120,000, depending on experience.
