We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team, who will support the buyer in the activity of purchasing and managing all the processes for the processing of invoices for products and services.

The activity is currently carried out through a tool for control, connected to the ERP for finalization of the processing.

The Procurement Analyst will have contact with the buyers to finalize the analysis and processing of invoices in the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Pesquisar, compilar, and verificar atribuições de documentações de Compras;
  • Gestão de entradas de faturas e documentos;
  • Processamento e PO Match dos documentos fiscais e não fiscais através da plataforma;
  • Atender a demanda seguindo a prioridade definida pelo time de _Delivery_ (CS);
  • Elaborar relatórios entregues pelos colaboradores (_Monthly Report_);
  • Processamento de notas fiscais de serviço dentro do mês de emissão (Reinf);
  • Realizar o suporte aos Compradores do setor.

Requirements:

  • Cursando ensino superior em áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimentos em Excel;
  • Inglês intermediário.
