This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced drilling professional to join our team as a Drilling Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Develop and implement drilling plans and programs to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks to personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on drilling operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
