Job Title: UX Design Lead

Are you a seasoned designer with expertise in crafting user experiences that drive results? Do you thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions?

This full-time UX Design Lead role at Bitcoinsensus presents an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of user experiences for our platforms, ensuring usability, accessibility, and a seamless user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, working closely with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
  • Conduct research and user testing to identify customer needs and pain points, informing design strategies and delivering cohesive user interfaces.
  • Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing forward improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably with enterprise or fintech/crypto projects.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
  • Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
