About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned UX Writer/Content Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of one of our investment products. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of globally impactful social discovery products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in crafting compelling UX copywriting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through effective content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine UX copywriting for new features, including product names, calls to action, headlines, navigation elements, and error messages;
- Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to create optimal UX solutions;
- Conduct research and suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates;
- Partner with the design team to address negative customer experiences and develop targeted solutions;
- Manage localization processes and ensure seamless communication across different regions and cultures;
Requirements:
- Level of English proficiency C1+(Bilingual proficiency in American English will be a plus);
- 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting within a user-centered design process;
- Experience in the UX design, marketing, or retention industry;
- Proficiency in using Figma for writing and editing;
- Understanding of UX research principles and methodologies;
- Senior-level communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and autonomously;
