Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of internal and external common areas.

Your duties will include performing cleaning tasks using specialized equipment, maintaining gardening duties such as grass cutting with a trimmer, pruning, and leaf removal.

You will also be responsible for controlling access to service providers, inspecting equipment and installations to ensure proper functioning, supporting the organization and safety of common areas, and reporting any maintenance needs to management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practice in using a trimmer is essential.
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, painting) is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational, proactive, and responsible skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure smooth operations of services and utilities.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
