In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting and refining the operational frameworks that govern surge activation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize cost-efficient operational strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define surge eligibility rules, thresholds, and automation opportunities.
- Identify edge cases and problem patterns across markets and develop systematic response models.
- Prioritize improvements to current surge framework based on industry benchmarks.
- Liaise with regional and city leads to gather operational insights and translate them into actionable product recommendations.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build data-driven dashboards to track surge effectiveness over time.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply/ops strategy, product operations, or logistics planning.
- A proven track record of designing or optimizing operational frameworks, preferably in freelance-heavy or gig-based labor markets.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with comfort working with data visualization tools and basic product workflows.
- Ability to synthesize on-ground feedback into scalable SOPs and product recommendations.
