Position Summary

The Immigration Consultant will work closely with our internal departments and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with visa procedures and work recording, coordinating solution-oriented immigration processes, communicating with authorities and consulates, and controlling our international service network performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support: Consult and coordinate the delivery of immigration services to corporate clients, relocating employees and family members, including general communication, liaison, document collection and review, preparation of paperwork for immigration application submission, and monitoring the status of visa applications.
  2. Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational activities, monitor and process renewal applications, ensure timely invoicing and collection, and coordinate with the accounting team.
  3. Additional Support: Perform other responsibilities as necessary to support operations, account managers, clients, and assignees.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  1. Visa and Work Permit Knowledge: Understanding of visa and work permit processes.
  2. Reliability and Adaptability: Reliability and ability to be a quick learner.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. CRM Experience: Experience dealing with web-based CRM software.
  5. Cultural Awareness: Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures.
  6. Commercial Approach: Commercial and customer-oriented approach.
  7. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  8. Structured Approach: Structured approach.
  9. Language Skills: Fluent in English language; learning and commitment to language development.
  10. Secondary Language Skills: Strong preference for secondary language skills.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma: High School Diploma required.
  2. CRP or GMS Certification: CRP or GMS certification advantageous.
