We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Clinical Research Associate Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading clinical research associates in the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of clinical research associates in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP and local regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical research associates
  • Monitor and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. life sciences, healthcare)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in clinical research, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
