Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams for seamless functionality
  • Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements
  • Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions
  • Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams
  • Test new features and implement changes securely
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph
  • Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation
  • Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement
  • Fluent in English
