Lead Mechanical Design Engineer\

We're seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative mechanical designs.

About this role:\
  • \
  • Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Creo, or NX).\
  • Apply simplified engineering analyses for quick project verification.\
  • Evaluate simulation results to identify design improvements and ensure product integrity.\
  • Work with DFM to optimize projects for machining, plastic injection molding, casting, and manufacturing processes.\
  • Develop physical prototypes and conduct tests to validate product performance.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient development workflow.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.\
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Creo, or NX).\
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T following ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101 standards.\
  • Solid understanding of mechanics, materials science, and design principles.\
  • Experience with manufacturing and production processes, including machining, plastic injection molding, casting, and forming.\
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.\
  • Technical English proficiency for reading and writing.\
  • Experience with CAE simulation (Fusion Simulation, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar tools).\
  • Experience with high-aesthetic standard injected products, including in-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and technical application details.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.\
Bonus Points:\Experience with solid modeling and surface modeling techniques.\Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in design optimization.\Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.\Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.\Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.\\
