We seek a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Development Associate. This role is pivotal in connecting people with meaningful opportunities that drive lasting impact.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors to support university fundraising priorities. They will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for major gift donors and those considering their first significant contribution.
A successful Development Associate will assist in the cultivation of prospects by sharing relevant and targeted content, including news articles and engagement opportunities. They will also manage pipeline development, supporting college portfolio and pipeline management, including regular portfolio reviews and recording contacts.
In addition, the Development Associate will assist in visit scheduling and preparation, including developing prospect lists using various sources and analyzing statistical data. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, database management expertise, and project management experience.
