Remote User Experience Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Specialist to join our Development team and collaborate on various projects involving multicultural teams worldwide.

As a User Experience Specialist, you will encounter numerous technical challenges, so you must stay up-to-date with current technologies and participate in the mobile and web application world, devices, etc. You will work collaboratively with scrum teams and iterate UX design in an agile model.
- Collaborate with scrum teams and implement UX design in an agile framework.
- Work closely with customers to understand real requirements from a UX perspective.
- Create quick mockups for initial design and gather feedback from customers.
- Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software.
- Visualize and optimize software workflows for optimal UX.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working as a developer.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.
- Proficient in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
