Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Workfront Configuration Engineer is to collect and understand clients' unique business requirements and translate them into tailored solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Client Instances: Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances.
  • Workfront Fusion Integration Support: Support with Workfront Fusion integration needs.
  • Architecture Requirements: Understand the architecture requirements to ensure the foundation is solid and appropriate sharing rules are in place.
  • Best Practices: Provide and be knowledgeable in 'best practices' in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Instance Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances, including updates, user management, and new feature rollouts.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to meet user needs.
  • Client Insights: Participate in requirement discussions to gain added insights from the customer needs.
  • Architecture Strategy: Document and communicate the architecture strategy, and work with the execution team and project manager to establish timelines and schedules for implementation and measurement.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with delivery team and client regarding product definition, schedule, scope, and project-related decisions.
  • Feature Development: Design, develop, deliver, and maintain features and applications of Workfront that will excite our client stakeholders.
