Job Opportunity

The company is looking for a skilled Oracle Forms Developer to join their team.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Forms applications. The successful candidate will work closely with users, clients, and other technology groups to identify business needs and recommend programming solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Forms applications using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Analyze complex information and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Maintain and improve technical skills in Oracle Form/Reports and PL SQL
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including DevOps, Agile methodology, and Jira
  • Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the Financial Service industry
  • Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise autonomy
  • Experience with Oracle Form/Reports, PL SQL, IBM MQ, NDM, DevOps, Agile methodology, and Jira
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
