This is a role where you will assist with the hiring process and be involved in talent hunting, people operations, and administrative work. Job Requirements- Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Strong communication skills
- Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree
- Soft Skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication
- Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
